While serving in the United States Army, Dr. Lisehora provided care to our military forces for over a decade.  He was promoted four times, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  His assignments took him from Hawaii to Seoul, Korea, to Minnesota and back again to Hawaii, serving as Chief of General Surgery and Director of the Intensive Care Unit of 121 Evacuation Hospital in Seoul, as well as Chief of Colon and Rectal Surgery Service and Chief of Surgical Endoscopy at Tripler Army Medical Center.  After leaving military service, Dr. Lisehora has continued to provide unparalleled surgical care to patients in Hawaii, as evidenced by his recognition in “Best Doctors in America” and “Best Doctors in Hawaii” for over 10 years.
